Hustlers? Superior told us that we needed over $4900 of work done on our Corolla after rats chewed up some wires. We chose to get a second opinion, which was another Toyota dealership and authorized Toyota service center. We were charged less than a quarter of what Superior wanted! Superior still charged us $291 for 3 hours of labor even though they didn't repair anything and diagnostics are usually a fixed fee. The other Toyota dealership even told us that it wouldn't take that long to diagnose the problem. Plus -- Superior called with their diagnosis less than two hours after we dropped it off. So where does the 3 hours come in?? We don't trust Superior Toyota in Parkersburg. Insurance executives, maybe you should double-check if any of your adjusters approve a claim here. Fellow citizens: go somewhere else. More

My husband and my experience was amazing! We were greeted promptly by an extremely nice and professional man. He was very accomadating and not pushy at all. I called him around 830pm on his personal cell phone that same night because I had made a decision and was super excited about it and didnt want to wait til the next day and he was not upset at all. He treated us like family! That man was Bill Morgan and I will be sending all my friends and family to him in the future. Thank you again! More

A note for Tommy: When Union Carbide sold out several years ago, we looked for software that would consolidate all our accounts (Maintenance alone had 13 accounts - each product line had a separate account) what a mess! Management finally turned to "SAP" which dumped all plant accounts into one huge database. Many of us had a difficult time - the day we 'went live' there were many near heart-attacks, possibly near suicides: We had developed a simple motto: 'JUST DO IT". We somehow did just that. Perhaps this will help answer Tommys' question; "HOW DO WE DO IT?" More

The terchnicians are well versed in toyotas I must admit that when I left with my truck issue and it was not resolved, due to not having the part available at the time, I was skeptical that I wa I must admit that when I left with my truck issue and it was not resolved, due to not having the part available at the time, I was skeptical that I was just being given expensive rabbits to chase. When the proper parts were put on, which were Denso plugs and Toyota plug wire harness, replacing after market ones, the issue was indeed resolved. In my opinion at the time, all roads did not point to that being the issue so I was leery of investing additional funds after just getting the aftermarket plugs and wires. The outcome proving I am not the Toyota technician but you can rely on the fact they are. Thanks to all. More
