Excellent service everytime I've never had a bad experience here from buying a car (bought 2) to getting my oil changed or car serviced. The staff are always friendly and not pushy like you'll find at some dealers. Even when I couldn't buy a car right away (car had been totaled but waiting on insurance) and I explained I couldn't buy anything and wasn't sure when I could. Jacob ended up helping me figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted. I shopped around at some other places while still waiting on insurance but I finally ended up back at Superior. Their customer service really is above the rest and Jacob could have just walked away instead of listening to my needs when I told him there was no way for me to buy a car that day or even that week. I appreciated it so much that by the time I was back I knew exactly what I wanted. Jacob managed to find on their lot a brand new Nissan Rogue with hardly any miles. And I love it! More

No high pressure! We found a used Altima online but were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a brand new Altima at a comparable price. I only have good things today about the sales experience at Superior Nissan. After online searching Nissan's homepage, I contacted local dealers. Crystal responded to me and scheduled an appointment for me to speak to Michael Watson. So I went in that day alone, at another dealership that rhymes with "Foyota" I was not treated kindly. I was treated like a college girl who knew nothing about cars and who wasn't a serious. Yes I was in gym clothes but does that really matter? Both Crystal Lewis and Michael Watson were as nice as could be. I also met the manager while I was there and was treated with respect. I ultimately, had to wait on my dad to make the final decision. I don't know why but over the weekend I decided to go back again to both places with my dad. Yes, I was treated better but the "Foyota" dealership but he still wouldn't commit to a price on my trade or total price, I just wanted to write a check and be finished but they made it difficult on me and the guy even had the nerve to say, "if I don't sell this car to you I'll sell it to someone else!" He was horrible but I seriously doubt he still works there. At Superior, after test driving we got a proposal and enumeration of the entire sale. It was professional and they even told me to sleep on it if I wanted. I had done my homework, so I knew this quote was fair...and Michael let me pull up Kelley Blue Book online in his office. He gave us time to think about it and I knew this was exactly what I wanted. Then I told him I wanted to go ahead and get the car. I went to Crystal's office and she helped me get the exact payoff on my trade. We figured everything up while Dad and Michael worked on the details. We went into financing and it was so great, I think his name was Chris Foyer. He was super nice and explained everything to us. I got my dream car and I felt totally comfortable and at ease with everyone there! By the time my paperwork was signed, Michael had everything ready to go! I've had my car about 5 weeks and I'd totally recommend them! More
Bought a new Nissan Sentra 2.0S on March 20th. It was raining heavily. Dealer sold me a car with paint damage on the Front Bender and spots on the windshield. VERY-VERY BAD DEAL.
