Thereafter, we called your dealership at approximately 10:30 AM to inquire about the vehicle. When you advised you had the Pathfinder, we arrived at 1:00 PM to test drive the vehicle. We fell in love with the SUV, and drove off with an new 2020 Pathfinder SUV by 4:00 PM. My son had done the negotiation to purchase a 2019 Nissan Murano for my husband and I. Because of the Covid virus and my husband being high risk we were to go the next day to sign paperwork with a sub Nissan Murano for my husband and I. Their website had the exact car and vin number advertised as sales tax paid, when I asked how they would handle sales tax paid they said it wasn’t on that vehicle (which they did find on their website. ). They would not honor their advertising and we left the dealership and purchased at Jackie Cooper Nissan in Tulsa. I would NOT recommend Superior Nissan in Fayetteville,Arkansas. I have found out since then that this has happened to other people as well. More
