AWFUL customer service and I advise everyone not to go here. they also ask significantly more than the vehicles value. We went end of January 2024 for a specific vehicle. upon arrival, the vehicle had so here. they also ask significantly more than the vehicles value. We went end of January 2024 for a specific vehicle. upon arrival, the vehicle had some significant damage that was not included in the photos online. the salesman jumped at the chance to snatch us up before we even stepped fully out of the vehicle, despite me knowing someone who works here. We gave him our budget he laughed and nearly DOUBLED it. the guy who does the finance part of the vehicle purchase refused to take no as an answer. The longest part of this entire process was him trying to upsell us additional warranty and/or coverage. we told him no to all multiple times and he would not proceed unless we got SOMETHING. so we got bumper to bumper coverage for the life of the vehicle. We then reluctantly left with the car he that he was pushing for us to get. Not even two weeks after having the car, I notice the wheel bearing going out among some other minor issues. I try to schedule an appointment for the car, since i was told we had bumper to bumper warranty and I'm told I'll have a $200 deductible, to use the WARRANTY that we already pay for, we do not have insurance through Nissan, it is warranty. I have NEVER heard of warranty that has a deductible, so this was weird to me and i did not schedule the appointment and pushed it back to when i had more time to deal with people. i then called today - got the car almost 60 days ago, and i'm told that the warranty does not go into effect until 90 days from purchase. something i was not told upon purchase. i was also told they have two different warranties, one that is a $100 deductible and one that is $0 which is something else that i was not told at purchase and have no idea which i have on my car. in the end, we should have just up and left this dealership before being sucked into a ridiculously overpriced vehicle and being screwed on "warranty". DO NOT SHOP HERE. More
Drove 3 hours to the dealership after talking with the salesman Bruno Salazar on the phone. Did a test drive and wanted to buy the car. Uses misleading advertising. We called to verify that a car was on the lot before we drove over, but when we arrived the salesperson tried to tell us it was somewhere else abou We called to verify that a car was on the lot before we drove over, but when we arrived the salesperson tried to tell us it was somewhere else about an hour away. We told them that we called previous to showing up and she seemed shocked to find out we had been told it was there. They also applied $2000 more to the posted price when we arrived. They had added a trade in value (we had no trade in) and the "sale" that was being advertised was already in the posted price. It was explained that they advertise their "Superior Auto Prices " The car we came to look at had a broken touch screen so no amenities could be checked to see if they worked. The pictures online didn't show the problem with the screen and it wasn't mentioned in the add. When we asked if they would fix it, if we wanted to purchase the car we were told no. The car was very nice with low mileage but you couldn't even turn on the radio. It's my understanding that this is a "bait and switch" technique to get you to their lot so they can try to sell you something else. They are not planning on selling this car soon due to the amount of customers it will bring to their lot. More

June 2023 Superior Nissan is currently offering 0% interest. For me to get the 0% though they presented a "package" that includes pin striping, floor mats, and 2-3 oil changes. Only cost $5000 - $60 interest. For me to get the 0% though they presented a "package" that includes pin striping, floor mats, and 2-3 oil changes. Only cost $5000 - $6000. Evidently you have to have a trade-in to qualify for 0% I guess so they can offer you much less for it to "recoup" the no interest deal. Very deceptive business practices. More
