This is the second time we’ve bought a vehicle from Superior in less than a year. While the first experience was great, the second solidified that Superior will be my preferred dealer for the foreseeab Superior in less than a year. We were possibly going to do a multi car deal with trade ins. I told Tyler my goals and what we were open to. To be fair, there were multiple variables. We drove 2 vehicles, discussed options of 4. Needless to say it was a lot and Tyler was so patient with us. Long story short we traded in the wife’s Armada for an Altima. That discussion was easy. There was a little bartering, but it comes with buying a vehicle. We came to a mutual agreement. They were very professional and understanding during that process. As far as my trade in was concerned, the numbers weren’t indicative of my goals and the acknowledged that, understanding if I couldn’t make a deal. The GM and Tyler offered me a solution to refinance with their preferred lender and quoted me a rate, which was a huge help, and great advice. 10/10. I’ll see you guys again, I’m sure of it. More
