Your internet salesperson was top-notch in my opinion and worth his weight in gold for the dealership. I find that's all that most prospective customers want - fairness and a good product. I fille This survey was extremely difficult to fill out. The reason it was difficult was because I had a fantastic experience at Superior Hyundai WV. I filled out this survey based on my experience there. The experience I had at Superior Hyundai North in Cincinnati, OH was much different. I had asked other dealerships in my area to give me a quote via email on a Twilight Black with black interior Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T. Because I like to help people and provide business to more local businesses, I asked the sales person at Superior Hyundai North if they could match the best price given to me. The sales person said he was able to and that he had the car on his lot. He told me I could pick it up that day. About two hours later I received a call that said the black car was sold and was no longer available but they had a grey one on the lot if I was interested in that car. I said yes, I would prefer black but would also take grey. I arrived at the dealership later that day and was asked to wait. I waited and finally the salesman came over to my table and told me the grey car had already sold as well. He said he could find my car but it would take him some time. I waited. The salesman told me he found both a black one and a grey one but they were both a couple hundred miles away. I told him I would prefer the black one. He told that wouldn't be a problem but he wanted to make sure the car was still available. He asked me to wait again. This time he asked me if I wanted a Coke or something to drink. Since it was now dinnertime I thought a Coke sounded good. He told me to walk over to a Coke machine and purchase one. This is a lot different from the Toyota and Nissan dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Don't offer me a drink and then ask me to pay for it. When I came back to the table and waited again for awhile longer the salesman came back and said he wanted to talk about price. We had already negotiated a price but he told me that price was for a different car. Because the car was on a different lot he wanted to charge me $3,500 more than what we had originally agreed upon. I did not agree. He asked me to name a price and I told him I wanted the price we had originally agreed upon. He said he would "check with his manager". I waited again! He came back with a lower price but not the one we agreed upon. After sitting at the dealership for about 3 hours, I stood up and walked away. On my own I researched where the car I wanted was located. I found it in West Virginia less than 200 miles away. I contacted that dealership and was treated with respect. We came to a deal and I drove out to West Virginia to purchase my car. I drove my Toyota for over 200,000 miles and they treated me great respect. I had every service performed at the Toyota dealership. Based on my experience with the Superior Hyundai Dealerships in Cincinnati, I will not have my vehicle serviced at these dealerships. More
