I had an excellent experience at Superior Honda, brought my Pilot in for service and was treated with respect and value actually. Ross Engel was the face of Superior that I had the opportunity to meet and my Pilot in for service and was treated with respect and value actually. Ross Engel was the face of Superior that I had the opportunity to meet and deal with. He was friendly, honest and took time to explain the work that was going to be done and why. He wasn't in a hurry but was straight forward and to the point in our discussion. I think Ross sets a high standard of excellence/performance for himself as well as the Superior Honda group. Great service. Repairs were a bit more than we expected by about $200. The service was very friendly and Carrie is always polite and enjoyable to work with. We currently have 3 Honda vehicles and all were purchased from Superior Honda. Not only do they have a great sales team, their service department is the BEST! Our service advisor, Carrie Moody, went above from Superior Honda. Not only do they have a great sales team, their service department is the BEST! Our service advisor, Carrie Moody, went above and beyond to help isolate an issue and get our Pilot fixed quickly. She kept in contact with us througout the process and did everything she could to make sure it was done right. Although it's very rare that we go for service other than a routine oil change (which is why we love our Hondas!) we know that we can count on and trust them. More

In preparation for a long trip, I had the car checked out in the service department. Carrie was friendly and courteous. She explained what had been checked and the condition of each part. I recently took my car in because we were having trouble with the key fobs. They were replaced,under warranty, and work perfectly. While there, the car was inspected and determined to need rear brake pads with the key fobs. They were replaced,under warranty, and work perfectly. Dennis was so nice and efficient. From the moment I arrived at the workshop, Dennis approached me and assured me that he will be back in a moment. I could see the guys were busy from the cars that wer arrived at the workshop, Dennis approached me and assured me that he will be back in a moment. I could see the guys were busy from the cars that were inside the shop. When he finally got back to me , approximately 10 minutes later, it was a matter of touch and go. He gave me a quotation for the job to be done and immediately arranged for my transportation back to work. As soon as I got to work, he called me to let me know that there was further work to be done on a part related to the original problem which I advised him to go ahead and fix. Sure enough when I got back at the Superior Honda, Dennis took me to my car which was still being fixed and showed me all the replaced worn out parts. In short I just want to say that service at Superior Honda is always high quality , professional and efficient More
