I go to Dennis Heath whenever I need service on my Honda. He informs me what the estimated cost will be and how long it will take. He exceeds expectations. Terrible servce they invite you in to look at the vehicle and then they act as if they are doing you a favor looking at your car. They do not stand behind any warrenty parts or service calls from the moment and then they act as if they are doing you a favor looking at your car. I believe that Carrie in the service department is sent in to dismiss any short comings they have made in there service of your vehicle. I am on my fourth Honda and probably my last due to the service I got from this group. The service manager Tim is probably the most dismissive acting as if he is doing a favor calling you back then later offing nothing but damage control. Save your time and effort Honda offers better service than this place at other dealerships. More
I have had my Honda Accord for 7 years. I bought it at Superior, and I've only had it serviced at Superior. I have met with Carrie Moody many times over the 7 years, she's always pleasant and she's very Superior, and I've only had it serviced at Superior. Dennis is always very helpful and realistic in regards to identifying what the car needs and what on the five Honda's I have purchased at Superior. Ever since, I've trusted Dennis Heath with letting me know what service and maintenance are needed and have never been disappointed, and the friendly customer service I consistently receive there is a rarity when compared to my dealings with other businesses these days. The survey question on cost gets the "good" rating from me, only because "free" would be great, but it's significantly less than a car payment and keeps my car working as good as new -- with Dennis' help, I envision many more years of problem-free driving in my Honda. I was very pleased with the service I received from Dennis Heath at Superior Honda. My maintenance minder indicated it was time for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement of two filters. When Dennis looked at their records, it showed that one of those filters had been replaced the last time I was there and so it wasn't necessary to have it replaced again. That kind of integrity and honesty in dealing with customers is exactly why I continue to have me car serviced at Superior. The service work was finished in a timely manner, the car was washed and because I didn't wait at the dealership, Dennis called me as soon as the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, he explained what had been done, the pricing, the condition of my car and what the next scheduled service would be. More

Paul Kosovich greeted me in a friendly manner when I came to the dealership. I had come in for an oil change. He noticed on my dashboard that I needed new transmission fluid and recommended that I also have to the dealership. I had come in for an oil change. That showed me that he was honest, which is very important to me in a car dealership. The oil change was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with my experience.
