Oil Change and Inspection I had experienced a wrench and oil life 15% signal. I was surprised because I thought that my oil was changed at ever visit. The oil was changed, the inspection done and I was sent on my way with an explanation of it all. I was immediately served and felt respectfully treated even though I know nothing about cars or their upkeep. More

Only part that didn't go well is that you attempted to contact me through my work number instead of my cell number which you have never done before. My work number is not a very efficient way of getting in contact with me most days but I was on vacation so no one contacted me. I had to call the dealer to find out what was going on and was told my car had been completed the day before. It didn't cause me any problem but just would appreciate them using my cell number like they always have in the past. More

When picking up and returning the rental car Service Manager Carrie Moody made the whole process a breeze. She was a pleasure to work with and is an example of what customer service is all about. Fantastic Customer Service I went in for an oil change. When I arrived it was much busier than I anticipated. However, I was quickly offered shuttle service and was able to hit I went in for an oil change. When I arrived it was much busier than I anticipated. However, I was quickly offered shuttle service and was able to hit the gym. The gentleman, I believe his name was Jim,was fantastic company on my drive. After about an hour I got a call my car was done, but not being done at the gym, asked for another hour. They obliged and right as I was finishing, Jim pulled up and took me back. It was just the best experience. Thanks so much! More
