They wouldn't check our AC and then they said they would, back and forth. Finally they did, but said we needed a clutch and they didn't know if they had one and even if they did, there wasn't a tech to put it in. !?!?! We were less than thrilled to pay them $185 so we could ride home in a 100* car for 16 hours. Long story short, we got home, called Superior, and you squeezed us in the next day. Your service man drove our car up with the AC on and said, "Have a nice cool ride home." I almost cried. Now we still love our Honda family but we'll never drive to Helena again. . . Two Visits in One Week I was in on Friday for air bag replacement recall and I worked with Brian. He was very professional and able to answer all my questions.
