Customer service and over priced filter I appreciated that the technician had my vehicle checked for a similar issue/noise, that was fixed on a recent visit a few months ago. I noticed a similar noise in the front end of my vehicle and he made note of it, and had it checked before leaving. He did state that it wasn't anything to be real concerned about, so no appointment was scheduled. One thing that I was not happy about, was the cost of the air filter, which I was not told the cost of prior to having it replaced. My husband said he could have replaced it for a 3rd of the cost that I was charged for the filter. More
