Poor after service I purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord hybrid. The car is advertised to get 47 mpg overall and I’m getting in low to mid 30 mpg. I’ve tried to get help from the dealer and they are not responsive. Initially I was told the car is in break-in period and then I need to give it more time. Now the dealer does not respond to my contacts. Not sure what to do now! Incidentally, the car has 6100 miles on it. More

Chuck is a very knowledgeable, friendly, low-pressure, salesperson and my second experience with him went as well as the first one. The service department is also" Five Stars". Comprehensive diagnostics, when being serviced really helped to keep my CR-V in top running performance. I traded my 2012 Honda CR-V for a 2018 CR-V, and the improvements in two cars is remarkable. Check out the newer CR-V if your looking for an SUV! More

I was unde Five Stars to Chuck Elford and Brian Jacobs! I communicated mostly through text and in person to negotiate the lease of a new Honda Accord. I was under a strict time constraint. Chuck prepared all the documents before I arrived. He also had the car detailed and sitting out front waiting for me. Brian was equally expeditious with completing the finance part of the deal. All in all I was in and out in less than 90 minutes! No muss to fuss! Thanks guys! More
