He was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He helped us compare two cars we were looking at, and even though, we were there 1.5 hours AFTER closing he was patient and allowed us time to make a decision. The loan process was extremely easy with them and we were very satisfied when we left with our 2019 Civic. When we first began looking for a new car, my husband was against going to a large dealership. Superior Honda changed his outlook on large dealerships. We would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE! Belle, the sales person I worked with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If car shopping can be an enjoyable experience Belle and the others who I worked with made it seem that way. I only have one minor issue with my working with Superior and that was someone behind the scenes whom I never saw. The attention to detail done by whoever detailed the car prior to turning it over to me was less than stellar. There were a few labels not removed from the windshield and interior mirror and after having a chance to see the car in the sunlight (raining when I got the car) it became obvious the interior windows had not been cleaned, not a big deal but to someone particular about his vehicle, disappointing. That is a only reason I give a 4 star rating but it sure wouldn't stop me from going back. More

Everything was right I test drove two vehicles, set it up on line and they were all set when I got there. The 2nd vehicle, a ‘16 HR-V practically sold itself, but the sale I test drove two vehicles, set it up on line and they were all set when I got there. The 2nd vehicle, a ‘16 HR-V practically sold itself, but the salesman, Chuck, was refreshing. He was the 1st one in all my stops at different dealerships who was able to answer all my questions. I didn’t feel like he was making stuff up as I did in several occasions elsewhere. He went above and beyond, even came to pick me up at home to get it the next day because I didn’t have any other option. Everything was right. And the car is beautiful, the nicest vehicle I’ve ever had. More
