I will never go anywhere else.. Superior is amazing. We have leased 2 cars through Shannon. He is AMAZING!!! Used and not Inspected Recently purchased a used Toyota from Superior Honda of Omaha. The salesman seemed genuine. I knew the car had some flaws but was told it had been Recently purchased a used Toyota from Superior Honda of Omaha. The salesman seemed genuine. I knew the car had some flaws but was told it had been detailed, thoroughly inspected, and was in great working order. Car smelled clean, later figured out it was pet fresh that previous owner had used to clean the car, not actually detailed by dealership. Kids got in and found clumps of dog fur in cup holder. Silly me, I didn’t think to check the backseat cup holders for xxxxx of fur. As for inspection, I really don’t know if one was done or not . Car has run fine for the two days I’ve had it, fingers crossed. After driving it off the lot at 545 at night I decided to enter my preset stations on the radio. At this time I realized that the lower section of the radio controls do not work. No seek, scan, AM/FM, cd, or auxiliary buttons work. I then hit the power button thinking “oh I forgot to turn it on”, only to find out that that the power button also does not work! I then call Superior Honda of Omaha only for the receptionist to tell me, “I guess you should just take it Toyota“. At this point I am told all the Honda service techs are gone for the night, but will be back at 7 AM. Return the next day at 7 AM and I’m told there’s nothing they can do about it and that I should take it to a Toyota dealership to see what the best course of action they think would be. I take it to the Toyota dealership in Bellevue where their service tech inspected it and finds there is still a CD in the CD player! Once again, my mistake, I didn’t think to check the CD player on a vehicle I just purchased. He is unable to get the CD out! He informs me that it will cost me over $2000 to get a new stereo put in because that one does not work correctly. We contact Superior Honda of Omaha sales person who tells me he’ll see what he can do after talking to his manager. I eventually have to re-contact him to find out that there is nothing they can/will do. He does apologize and tells me that I will have to figure out something else stereo wise. This is of course what I had expected. He apologized again and told me that they are willing to re-detail the car and pay up to $150 to get an aftermarket stereo put in. Unfortunately, if we go this route the stereo will not connect to the steering wheel functions (as told to me by the Toyota tech). I told him I’d rather save up my own money and have it done right, but until then I have a self-help cd stuck in my car. So to recap, I’m fairly sure I won’t shop nor recommend Superior Honda of Omaha. I know I’m not qualified to inspect a car thoroughly; I had really hoped they were. Also, wondering what their definition of “detailed” is. Really, my only positive things to say are 1) I have a car with great mpg and runs well (so far) 2) my sales person was a great guy who I’d probably recommend if he changed dealerships and 3) an education in “buyer beware”. Nick was very knowledgeable and did a great job expalining features and options of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Going through negotiations with Shannon was simple and by far exceeded my expectations. He is very personable and funny!! Mary was also knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting us in selecting addtional ammenities for our vehicle. They all worked together as a team to make it an enjoyable, non-stressful experience!! This is the 4th car we have purchased at Superior and it was by far the best eperience we've ever had! We will continue to purchase our cars from Superior in the future!! Thank you so much!! They are superior for a reason and would highly recommend this team to anyone!! Well done!! More

He was very helpful choosing the right car for us. They whole staff made us feel comfortable. Only issue we had was with the financing person. We asked for the lowest rate available and was not offered it to us until we pushed harder for a lower rate. Our credit rating is very good so this should have been offered to us at the beginning. Also the 'Superior' tag on the tailgate was not removed as were told it would be. More
