Amazing Customer Service I know everyone says when they go into a car dealership, “I’m not going to buy today, I just want to check this model out...” I was 100% serious whe I know everyone says when they go into a car dealership, “I’m not going to buy today, I just want to check this model out...” I was 100% serious when I said this. I was not ready to buy a car. My salesman Jason was very respectful of this, and brought me exactly what I wanted. When I realized they had the car I wanted with the specs, and in a beautiful cobalt blue.... I was sold. Jason was patient with me when I asked him to bring me three different cars and he was very easy to work with. I explained exactly what I wanted payment wise, and what I wanted for my trade-in and I got exactly what I wanted. When I went to do the paperwork part of the buying process. Brian was great, he dealt with my attitude, and sass like a pro (I’m guessing he has daughters). Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience! You get more at Superior Honda I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. Whil I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. While it was at home I noticed a noticed another problem. When I brought it back to get the molding fixed I explained to Jason what I found. It was something to see Jason assemble the whole Honda teem to not only look into the problem but make suggestions on how to ta1ke care of the problem. When I picked up my CR-V I was more then pleased with the results. Looks like I will be using Superior Honda for all my service needs. A big thank you to the Honda team and Jason. More
