Excellent Experience This was the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I was overall happy with the process. The only thing I didn't like so much was This was the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I was overall happy with the process. The only thing I didn't like so much was the fact that the windshield on the car I purchased needed to be replaced and I had to bring it back in for that. Unfortunately, the dealership is neither conveniently located from work nor from home. I did, however, get a loaner for the time I was without vehicle, so overall still an excellent experience. More

I was met by smiles and friendliness (offering coffee and water upon arrival) throughout my visit to the dealership. Chuck went out of his way to send me my requested extra photos and relayed any defects that were found on the vehicle. Since I had a 4+ hour drive to the dealership Chuck became my eyes and ears and kept me informed after contacting him on a Monday thru my Saturday inspection and test drive. He made my experience at the dealership very positive and would not hesitate to purchase other vehicles with him or dealership. Worked hard to give us a great deal. We went to Omaha because our dealership in Sioux City wouldn’t work with us. Aric took a lot of time and showed us different vehicles. We told him we were on a pretty strict budget but that we really wanted a pilot with heated seats and dual front climate control. I still don’t know how they were able to do it but we drove away in a new pilot and couldn’t be happier. The manager also checked on my wife and I several times. All of the staff was amazing. He was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. we had a couple minor concerns about the vehicle we were buying, and he made sure our concerns were addressed so that we can be 100% happy with our purchase. we also really enjoyed Ryan in the finance department - keep him around! Overall, it was as quick and relaxed an experience as buying a car can be. we love our new Odyssey and we'd absolutely buy another car from Tim, Ryan and the team at Superior Honda of Omaha! More
