Extremely pleased with Chuck Elford. I do a ton of research and can be a pain in the butt for sales people. I am very price sensitive and happy to take my business to whichever dealer can get me the research and can be a pain in the butt for sales people. Aric was awesome- exceeded our expectations in trading vehicles. Aric’s response to our questions and overall experience in buying a car made us feel comfortable in our overall experience. Our prior vehicle purchase in Wahoo from another dealership was all about “missing out on a great deal” followed by you need to buy an extended warranty - you need to buy an extended expensive warranty....everyone buys the extended warranty I don’t understand why you would not- followed by birthday wishes and “genuine” satisfaction emails sent at 2 am that were obviously systematically generated had left a sour taste in ever wanting to trade vehicles again. With Aric and the finance team we were in and out within 30 minutes of arriving at the dealership after we made deal over phone with a great finance rate and ZERO pressure of buying an extended warranty that restored our confidence in trading vehicles. I can’t brag enough on the positive experience we had! Well worth driving the extra few minutes from Lincoln.... Thanks Aric!! More

Abdul S. was my salesman for the 2nd time. I switched from a CRV to HRV. Abdul helped with all the ins and outs of my car. Helped me set up the "apps". AVOID unless you want to pay for services that are never done on your vehicle!! I took my Honda in last month to the Superior location for an oil change and also to have my squeaky brakes inspected. I end done on your vehicle!! I took my Honda in last month to the Superior location for an oil change and also to have my squeaky brakes inspected. I ended up getting told they were going to need it for the entire day and got sent on my way with a loaner. When I returned the next morning I was assured that my brakes were squeak free. Oh - and they also of course needed to change out all of my fluids in addition to the brakes & oil change so my total was an outrageous and overpriced $800 + (and this was only for one set of brakes - not both). Oddly enough though, my squeak returned and was even louder only a day after driving away from Honda....weird right?? Come to find out, after a lengthy conversation with the service manager, and after me telling him that no I wasn't going to return so they could "fix" something else on my car, and after me telling him that no I don't believe I'm the only person in the world with this crazy story - did he finally admit that no one ever changed the brakes at all. Wait a second, so I dropped my vehicle off at Honda in the morning and I basically have no clue what happened to it from there - if it even remained on the lot during that day or overnight. However when I returned the next day to retrieve it they lied and stole almost $1000 from me for services they knew they never performed. The service manager didn't really have a whole lot to say about this and didn't even offer the refund that I insisted upon. So then I asked to speak to his manager & that gentleman was even worse! His main concern was how I got directly transferred to him...obviously he's above chatting with the general public. In the end, I did get a full refund (because I demanded one - I guess I don't like people stealing from me) but I still need a brake job. More
