Drove into the service area with a windshield washer issue - it wasn't quirting. Chris Deegan checked under the hood and was able to quickly find the problem. A mouse had chewed the wires! He was able to find a spare length of wire and splice it with the remaining wires and fixed the problem in just a couple of minutes.
