I have had my Honda vehicles serviced at Superior for about 4 years.I have received friendly, timely, and quality service for a fair price. We traded in a used Odyssey for a newer one. Steve was very nice, explained everything and wasn't pushy at all. We found a fair price to trade on and they addressed 2 things on the van. I have always hated the car buying process and have never met a Car Sales Consultant I liked…until I met Harry Callahan. Harry immediately made me feel comfortable. He treated me with the highest level of respect and never once pressured me, which was so refreshing! I could tell Harry genuinely cared about helping me find the best car for me. Harry treated me like family. Harry was honest with me and didn’t play games. Harry has impeccable customer service skills. He not only treats his customers with the highest respect, but knows how to put them immediately at ease. All Sales Consultants need to follow Harry’s example! I forgot my sunglasses in the car I traded but Harry tracked them down for me. Because of Harry, I can honestly say I enjoyed my car buying experience at Superior Honda, which is a first! I loved working with Harry and I absolutely LOVE my 2009 Civic. I won’t go to anyone but Harry to buy my future cars and I will be telling all of my friends and family how wonderful Harry is to work with! Tim performed pefessional service to my CRV. He checked and serviced the finer points to keep my CRV running at optimal performance and perfection. I loved (and needed) the free wash also. I recently visited the Superior Honda Service Department for a routine oil change. I expected to wait at least an hour for my car to be ready but was pleasently surprised when the Service Tech told me my c for a routine oil change. I expected to wait at least an hour for my car to be ready but was pleasently surprised when the Service Tech told me my car was ready after only 25 minutes. The staff was very friendly and walked me through additional maintenance items that would be needed on my car. The service tech was prepared to provide me with an estimate on the cost of the replacement batteries and tires that I will be needing as well as providing an estimated timeline of when the repairs are needed. It is great to be able to know I have a dealership that does a fantastic job but also helps me plan future needs for my car. Julie Johnson More
Carrie and the service department team took great care of me and my van. I had a few issues I wanted them to look into. They checked it all over and gave me honest answers and recommendations. They were great with assisting me with tranferring car seats and a sleeping child in the garage since the outside temparatures were bitter cold. On a hunch one day I called to see what they had in stock in the way of Accords. Jeff answered my call and was eager to help me. Seems they had a "Cream Puff"waiting for me to see. I was very impressed by this and was anxious to see the car. I fell in love with this car as soon as I laid eyes on it! A test drive confirmed that this was the car I'd been looking for. After negotiating a price, this little "Cream Puff" was Mine! These guys went above and beyond for me. I couldn't be happier. To top this off, their service department was recommended by a very reliable source(my sister) as the best around. I'm now a proud member of the "Honda Family" and highly recommend Superior from my experience. Thank You Superior Honda! More
Recently I had the unfortunate event of having my 2009 Honda Accord totaled. I went to this dealership to replace my 2009 Honda Accord with another 2009 Accord. We negotiated a price with the salesperson Honda Accord totaled. I went to this dealership to replace my 2009 Honda Accord with another 2009 Accord. We negotiated a price with the salesperson with the approval of the sales manager. THe finance manager came out to finalize the deal and he stated that the negotiated price was too low to receive the 2.9 percent financing! On top of this the salesperson also added 100 dollars to the price of the car and when asked what the additional 100 was for he says, "Profit. For me." Have you heard this before? Needless to say, my husband and I left the dealership without a sale and would not recommend this dealership to anyone! She should have done to O'Daniel Honda were we purchased our first Honda. Needless to say it left such a bad taste in our mouths, that we opted to purchase a 2009 Nissan Maxima with 0 percent financing. The greediness of the dealership not only cost them another sale but it made us switch brands all together. More
