I found a used car online that I wanted to see and when I arrived at Superior Honda it was just minutes before closing time. Chuck Elford greeted us and never mentioned that they were closing, in fact,he te arrived at Superior Honda it was just minutes before closing time. I recently took my car in because we were having trouble with the key fobs. They were replaced,under warranty, and work perfectly. While there, the car was inspected and determined to need rear brake pads with the key fobs. They were replaced,under warranty, and work perfectly. From the time I called Superior and was put in touch with Harry Callahan my experience was Excellent! Harry was able to answer all of my questions regarding the Honda Element. Dennis was so nice and efficient. From the moment I arrived at the workshop, Dennis approached me and assured me that he will be back in a moment. I could see the guys were busy from the cars that wer arrived at the workshop, Dennis approached me and assured me that he will be back in a moment. I could see the guys were busy from the cars that were inside the shop. When he finally got back to me , approximately 10 minutes later, it was a matter of touch and go. He gave me a quotation for the job to be done and immediately arranged for my transportation back to work. As soon as I got to work, he called me to let me know that there was further work to be done on a part related to the original problem which I advised him to go ahead and fix. Sure enough when I got back at the Superior Honda, Dennis took me to my car which was still being fixed and showed me all the replaced worn out parts.
