This dealership is a joke. After sitting for a hour signing paperwork on my new Honda, they brought me the wrong color. So paperwork had to be torn and started over. There were flaws with the car that were never fixed, once Superior had my money they did not car about customer service at all. A few weeks later, found out my back seat was not attached, took it to service and was told it was normal wear and tear, had to call the owner to get it resolved. The Car has had numerous noise issues, and the service shop is horrible to deal with. I thought buying a honda meant I was buying a trouble free car, but far from. Stay away from Superior! More

Ever since, I've trusted Dennis Heath with letting me know what service and maintenance are needed and have never been disappointed, and the friendly customer service I consistently receive there is a rarity when compared to my dealings with other businesses these days. The survey question on cost gets the "good" rating from me, only because "free" would be great, but it's significantly less than a car payment and keeps my car working as good as new -- with Dennis' help, I envision many more years of problem-free driving in my Honda. I was very pleased with the service I received from Dennis Heath at Superior Honda. My maintenance minder indicated it was time for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement of two filters. When Dennis looked at their records, it showed that one of those filters had been replaced the last time I was there and so it wasn't necessary to have it replaced again. That kind of integrity and honesty in dealing with customers is exactly why I continue to have me car serviced at Superior. The service work was finished in a timely manner, the car was washed and because I didn't wait at the dealership, Dennis called me as soon as the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, he explained what had been done, the pricing, the condition of my car and what the next scheduled service would be. More

Tim Bobbett demonstrated excellant recall of who I was during my recent service work and my initial sales person Harry Callahan always recognizes me and provides a warm welcome. He was knowledgeable about everything and if he didn't know something he was quick was very friendly and not once did I feel pressured into anything. Paul Kosovich greeted me in a friendly manner when I came to the dealership. I had come in for an oil change. He noticed on my dashboard that I needed new transmission fluid and recommended that I also have to the dealership. I had come in for an oil change. That showed me that he was honest, which is very important to me in a car dealership. The oil change was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with my experience. Our experience at Superior was great. We went in to just look and ended up buying a Ridgeline. What I was most appreciative of was that there was no pressure to buy today or any other sales tactics that I look and ended up buying a Ridgeline. My experience with Superior Honda was, in fact, 'superior' to that of any other car dealerships I have dealt with. The last Honda I bought was in 1999 and it was from Superior Honda when it was loc 'superior' to that of any other car dealerships I have dealt with. The last Honda I bought was in 1999 and it was from Superior Honda when it was located in Council Bluffs. I started buying Jeeps from 2002 - 2011 until I decided to go back to the Honda family. I am really glad I did. Both John and Shawn were very pleasant/professional to work with. I had communications with them via e-mail first, then via phone, and finally face-to-face. I was very clear on the requirements I had for the 2011 Honda Accord EX-L I was looking for and the price I needed to be at. I was a little worried about my trade being too 'upside down' adversely affecting my overall payment on the new Accord. My worries were put to rest less than 45 minutes after I stepped foot in the dealership. We were able to strike a deal on their first offer as it was below my 'ceiling' payment I had discussed with them prior to my visit. Talk about No Haggle. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have been buying cars for 16 years now. I recommend everyone go to Superior Honda and ask for either John or Shawn. I would also suggest to do a little homework before going in and communicating with them prior to your visit. I did and it probably cut the waiting in half. I was in and out in less than three hours. That included the test drive, the negotiation of my trade, the inspection of my trade, the financing, and Shawn going over the features of the new car right before I drove off in my new Honda. I cannot recommend this dealer any higher. More
