I work 7-days a week and I don't have a lot of time to spend at a dealer so I worked out terms over the phone. I have been dreading the day our lease expired because I recall the hassle I went through when we leased my daughters Nissan 3-years ago. She was confortable with the Nissan so we were going to lease another. After a number of phone calls, e-mails and credit check, we worked out terms of a new lease with the dealer prior to returning the car. I took some time off to turn in our leased vehicle and pick up another. After spending what seemed to be hours at the dealer, I was told the lease payment was going to be a lot higher than I was told over the phone. Then the dealer tried to push me into another model, so I finally told them I didn't have any more time to waste and turned in the leased Nissan. We are also presently leasing my wife's Honda Accord from Superior and it has been a great vehicle. So we stopped at Superior, met with Toby Egerton and we are now leasing a 2012 Honda Civic with more features and less per month than the original lease payment with Nissan. I was so pleased with the direction and service I received from Toby Egerton that I felt obligated to take a few minutes and fill out this survay. Our Accord lease is up next month and if we don't purchase the car, we will be working with Toby on our next lease. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Toby! Toby! Toby! More

I have had a great experience up until yesterday. I called early this morning only to be told nothing could be done about it. As a result of this I will probably take my business elsewhere in the future. I would suggest that your service reps ask the customer at the time they bring in their vehicle if they have any coupons they will be using. More
I go to Dennis Heath whenever I need service on my Honda. He informs me what the estimated cost will be and how long it will take. He exceeds expectations. Last year, he personally installed a chil's car seat anchor on my rear deck. This visit, he corrected a "wobbly" wheel cover with a srewdriver. Dennis Heath is the reason I return to Superior Honda for service and where I will probably return when I decide to gwet a new Honda. More
We had the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Called on Wed. night and talked to Dan Baker and he was very prompt with a return call with the information we needed to decided if we should m had. He was very easy to talk to and never seemed like we were a bother since he knew we would not buy a car over the phone. With the good info he gave us, we decided to make the trip the next evening after we could get off work. It ended up that it was Dan's night off but we worked with Stephen Copeland who was just as good. He was very patient with us since we weren't 100% sure on what we wanted except for color and we kept changing our minds as we were looking. He even helped us with figuring out which would meet our needs better. No pressure though. It was well after hours when we made our final decisions and never once felt like we were being rushed. Not even with the finance people. I think he would have stayed all night if we would have kept asking questions. We will definitely be back and will be telling all our family and friends to go to Superior the next time they are looking for a vehicle. Well worth the 240 mile drive! More
Terrible servce they invite you in to look at the vehicle and then they act as if they are doing you a favor looking at your car. They do not stand behind any warrenty parts or service calls from the moment and then they act as if they are doing you a favor looking at your car. I believe that Carrie in the service department is sent in to dismiss any short comings they have made in there service of your vehicle. I am on my fourth Honda and probably my last due to the service I got from this group. The service manager Tim is probably the most dismissive acting as if he is doing a favor calling you back then later offing nothing but damage control. Save your time and effort Honda offers better service than this place at other dealerships. More
Superior Honda is a great dealer with a great parts and sales dept. This is my 3rd car purchased there, I have never purchased multiple cars from the same dealer, until Superior. Buying a new car can be a very stressful and irritating experience. That was not the case when I bought a new car last week from Greg Brandl, the sales consultant at Superior Honda. Greg was extremely patient in my adventure of trying to find the perfect car "for me". I must have looked at the different models, and all of the CRV's they had to choose from what seemed like hours. Trying to decide on the color, the interior, what package I wanted. Greg listened to what I wanted, did not push me on something I didn't and helped me make the a decision that I would be happy about when I left the car dealership. Once I had decided on a car, then the next step which can be more painful is actually getting the paperwork done, to drive away in the car. Believe it or not, this was pretty painless. The finance manager at Superior also was extremely helpful and not overly pushy. I would and already have recommend anyone looking for a car, new or used to visit Superior Honda and ask for Greg Brandl. You will not be disappointed. They will not be disappointed!! More

I have met with Carrie Moody many times over the 7 years, she's always pleasant and she's very Superior, and I've only had it serviced at Superior.
