Worst car buying experience of my life! One star is to high! I have a brand new car that is sitting in my garage that will turn into a pumpkin. The dealership would release the required documents to my home state ( on active duty orders stationed in Nebraska), so I could drive my new car. I warned the Salesman Chuck Elford and the Finance manager Jay Kirlin at the time of sale that my paperwork would require more time. Weekly emails were ignored when I followed up. I was hung up on and told everything was fine. If I could have I would have returned the car. Military members take your business elsewhere. Civilians stay away, unless you want a bad experience. I will sell my 2015 Honda Odyssey ASAP, I should have bought the Toyota Sienna. This car buying experience will ensure I never buy a Honda again! More
Horrible service experience We purchased our van at Superior Honda of KC. Wife made appointment clearly articulated work items with Jason D. We did not request a Saturday, but We purchased our van at Superior Honda of KC. Wife made appointment clearly articulated work items with Jason D. We did not request a Saturday, but due to warranty coming close to the end we request having it done soon. We plan to trade this van on a new version. Jason set appointment time and wife set expectation that due to one parent watching children we would need to wait. Brian or Bradley (asked for business card, but wasn't given) he smirked we were 2 miles over and now out of warranty. This is were frustration with their customer service took a turn for the worse. I will acknowledge I lost my cool after the 2 mile over smirk and smile. Took a bit too much pleasure in that for my liking... After talking to three service "sales techs" (including Jason) I was told 11 people are in front of me and recommend not waiting. Talked to Brian Pearce and ultimately left without service. No change in original outlined service request made in advance with on-duty sales (service) tech. We are currently in the market for new Honda odyssey touring elite and there is NO way I would do business with this location. I test drove a new van near the med center, but had hoped to do business here due to proximity to my home and they are the only local dealer that have the touring elite. Had planned on using my wait time to negotiate a purchase price. Disappointing the service experience was the worse I have had and thankful there is another Honda dealership in Omaha. I now feel obligated to test drive a Toyota as I would like a dealer closer to come. Will not be purchasing our new van from this dealer! More
Devoted to Superior My first car was a Honda that I purchased from Bluffs Isuzu. I started doing business w/Superior Honda in Council Bluffs when I traded my Honda Civic My first car was a Honda that I purchased from Bluffs Isuzu. I started doing business w/Superior Honda in Council Bluffs when I traded my Honda Civic for Honda Accord. Since then, I've owned nothing but "Honda's"..... 5 to be exact!! I recently purchased a 2014 Accord Coupe, ooh wee it is sharp!! After 20+ years of continued business with Superior Honda, I find that the sales & service department still delivers a high level of customer service, courtesy & respect = OUTSTANDING!! I also want to thank Greg Brandl & John Wonder because lines of communication were always open via text, phone or email. Thanks guys!! More
Arrogant ...unethical, dishonest.... they'll rob you they'll rob you. Have to be very careful. Went in to do a trade in with my car for a honda CRV. They'll always tell you that Honda is paying off your they'll rob you. Have to be very careful. Went in to do a trade in with my car for a honda CRV. They'll always tell you that Honda is paying off your loan on the current car I hold. But on the background they'll add the equity on CRV. Whcih went up like 40 G. Working with my Bank (I'm thankful to my bank) ) explaining this clearly making a point that I was givingup an expensive car for a cheaperone and I shouldn't be the one paying more for it as simple as that and this should have been explained by the dealer ( which is what a great miss on the whole deal). But it was little late I took the CRV home and comeup with this concern after talking to my bank. I ended paying $500 buck backing out of deal. Be very careful while working with them. Never take the car out untill youre 100% actually 200 % sure that its a fair deal.My mistake too but this should be something clearly mentioned... by the finance manager instead putting it that Honda is paying off your loan....crap it is. Some of the dealers like these are out in the market and have to be very careful working with these. Finance Manager I think he's working from Honda that doesn't mean dude you're paying my loan he should not miss this logic. Arrogancy at best he was also stating that NE law is that if you take the car out you can never backout it is a law. How can there would be a law which makes you feel lawless. But at the day I ended up paying $500 and I'm sure I'll not go here and will not let my friends and collegues go here come what may. More
