I picked up my 2024 Honda CRV on November 20, 2023. I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for th I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for those parts, but also paid for the labor when I initially picked up the vehicle back in November. I honestly thought I would need to pay for the LABOR as it take a bit of time to install etc. Nope....Aric Curtice the salesperson I work with and the Service Manager (forgive me I can't remember their name) said no charge - I had already taken care of that back in November. Imagine my surprise as I had my checkbook out and pencil poised!! Wow. -- and I also had a very nice courtesy car to drive while my vehicle was in the shop for all that. Thank you so much, Superior Honda!! My experience has been a really GREAT one and I hope to keep the relationship up with you folks and I have already referred 2 people to you since November, 2023. I've said it once I'll say it again....The experience I have had here has really changed my perception of dealerships. The dealership of yesteryear is truly no more. -- I have Aric to thank for that one!!! More

We brought out 2022 Honda HRV on for scheduled service today (2-19-24). I mentioned that I had a door ding on the rear passenger door and would like to know how I go about getting that repaired since we b today (2-19-24). I mentioned that I had a door ding on the rear passenger door and would like to know how I go about getting that repaired since we bought the extended warranty and body coverage. I was told that it won't be covered by Superior. I told the service employee that look at the "ding", "Well, Superior got our money and I guess that all they wanted." This is disappointing news. When we bought the car, we were told specifically by the Finance employee that "door dings" were covered with the extra coverage we paid for. We also got this on the 2023 HRV we purchased last year. Finance Manager, Brian Jacob called me back but hung up on me when I explained that we won’t be back to Superior Honda. Going forward, Superior Honda will not see another dime of our money and we will take any new car purchases to another dealer. More

I was told that all used cars are full This dealership is 100% dishonest and very deceptive with the way they represent their used car sales process. I was told that all used cars are fully inspected including the 2020 Honda Accord that I purchased. Upon parking it in my driveway for the first time, I smelled burning fluids. The next morning I had oil stains on my driveway. I had another dealership inspect it because I did not feel safe driving it back to Superior Honda. It was immediately discovered that there was an obvious leak in and around the transmission as the result of impact damage (attached video/pictures). Two other reasons that proved they did not inspect the car were that they tried to sell us this car with three bald tires with the fourth one being a different brand. Also, we found multiple items in the car including the previous owner's registrations. These included the previous owner's full name and address. I purchased this car late Saturday and returned it 2 days later (Monday) the very minute I was made aware of the transmission leak. I met with the used car manager. Although it is obvious that the claimed inspections were not done, Eric Knutson, used car manager, would not take responsibility in any measure and told me in so many words that he was tired of me telling him of the problems that I had with this car and made me feel that I was lucky to be "let out of the deal." Luckily they had not sold my old car that I traded in. I had to pull the sales stickers out of 2 windows before driving home. The items that I had left in it when I traded it were still in it! More
