The oil was changed, the inspection done and I was sent on my way with an explanation of it all. All we had to do was contact the dealer and let them know which car we wanted and with what options, and it was a really simple process! Wish we had always been able to buy cars this way! From the first contact to the last, our salesman, Chuck Elford, was nothing but professional and courteous to us. He took the time to go over all the appointments in the car after we purchased it so we felt comfortable being able to use all the features. Only part that didn't go well is that you attempted to contact me through my work number instead of my cell number which you have never done before. My work number is not a very efficient way of getting in contact with me most days but I was on vacation so no one contacted me. I had to call the dealer to find out what was going on and was told my car had been completed the day before. It didn't cause me any problem but just would appreciate them using my cell number like they always have in the past. More

When picking up and returning the rental car Service Manager Carrie Moody made the whole process a breeze. She was a pleasure to work with and is an example of what customer service is all about.
