Above and Beyond Customer Service! When my 2016 Pilot was delivered a piece of the door handle was broken and the part needed to be ordered. Unfortunately, it was on back order. My salesman, Steve Copeland immediately went to the customer service manager to see what could be done. The Customer Service Manager (Mike Daniels) tracked down the part and made arrangements to have the door repaired. Since my spouse had a total knee replacement a week earlier, Mike Daniels personally picked up my car from my home and and returned the vehicle that same day. That's the way to treat a customer!
