Matt got me in my loaner car and work began on my vehicle. work was completed around 1600 and got the call from Matt. when I arrived, Matt was their to meet and greet me. Matt also had my car hand washed, what I nice surprise. Matt had surpassed my expectations once again. Bode then came and also inspected my vehicle. Matt and Bode then allowed me to get pictures of us with my car, another great touch these two young men provide. I'm completely satisfied with Superior Honda, both sales and service. It's the service that is provided after the sale that will keep me coming back and telling others about Superior Honda. More

Oil Change and maintenance Brought Pilot in for oil change and mentioned right rear tier losing air. Inspection found an nail in the tire and it was repaired. Service writer missed my warranty information (which was printed on the invoice header). As a result, I paid 19.95 for the tire repair which should have been covered. I did not mention the warranty coverage at the time, so I will be sure to do that in the future. Other than that, service was excellent. Oil was changed and air cleaner replaced. More
