Quick Oil Change I took time off from work to get a quick oil change. I went to Superior Ford, which has always provided me with quality, excellent service, and drove I took time off from work to get a quick oil change. I went to Superior Ford, which has always provided me with quality, excellent service, and drove right in. A quick inspection showed I needed new wiper blades (and please keep in mind this was not some sort of heavy "upsell" thing. The wiper blades were original to my now 3 year old car, and I knew they needed replacing.) so I had them replaced, and had the tires rotated, always a good idea when you have your car in for routine maintenance. I speak from expensive experience here, I had a car that just ATE tires, it was always uneven tread wear, and I spent a fortune on new tires. So, now I rotate diligently, the $10 cost is peanuts compared to a new set of all season radials. In about half an hour my car was ready to go, after running through the free car wash. The cost was reasonable, and for me I have the peace of mind knowing the work was done by certified Ford mechanics. Years ago I went to one of those chain quick-oil change places, and they actually damaged my car in the process of changing my oil. In these days when it is hard to know who to trust, I go to the people who actually built my car. Ultimately my experience was exactly what I needed on a busy weekday morning: a "Badaboom Badabing" in and out car maintenance swing in less than an hour, and I was back at work almost before they knew I was gone. The people were friendly and courteous, and I am happy to put in a good word for them. Thanks everyone! More

Vehicle Repais Dropped off my 2017 newly purchased Explorer for warranty concerns. Waited two extra weeks for a loaner during repair time. Was placed in a Ford Fusio Dropped off my 2017 newly purchased Explorer for warranty concerns. Waited two extra weeks for a loaner during repair time. Was placed in a Ford Fusion. Comparable seat occupancy should be provided during warranty reapairs. No one from the dealership called to give a time expectation for repairs. Ended up taking 5 days. Service department was not helpful. More
Stay away Experience Check Engine Light: I brought by truck to Superior Ford to get warranty work done, which they stated would be a 2-3 days, 10 days later af Experience Check Engine Light: I brought by truck to Superior Ford to get warranty work done, which they stated would be a 2-3 days, 10 days later after escalating to service manager I was able to pickup my truck. After picking up my truck the check engine light came on. I brought my truck back in and they stated it was the coils that went bad (and nothing to do what they did). I wasn't able to get my truck back for 5 days after driving it for 20 miles the check engine light came back on!!! I had to bring it back for the 3rd time they said then the timing was not done correctly (the work Superior Ford originally did) and that was the problem. Two days later I pickup my truck and 15 miles later the CHECK ENGINE light went on again!!! My truck went back in for the 4th time and this time after researching I had them replace all coils and plugs. I was able to pickup my truck after 7 more days. In total Superior Ford need 29 days to fix my truck. The service people and managers are very nice, but the technical skills are extremely deficient. I would have expected an apology and call from the owner as I had to speak to the GMs of Service and Sales who report to the owner to final get this resolved. (4 trips and 29 days in the shop to resolve) Experience Radiator: I purchased my new truck from Superior Ford and after less than 300 miles the Radiator went out. They repaired it and I started driving it and noticed a funny sound. The technician when he replaced the radiator didn't put the wire back correctly and where hitting the fan? (2 trips to resolve) Experience Sunroof: I purchased my new truck from Superior Ford and after less than a year a piece broke off my sunroof, I brought it into Superior who fixed it, but when I drove down the road the glass to rattle against each other so I brought it back (Superior Ford forgot to put all the piece back in!!!). After putting all the pieces back in on the 2nd trip it worked for a week until a piece bent and fell on my head. Thankfully after the 3rd trip Superior Ford was able to fix my sunroof (3 trips to resolve) More
