Service Took my 2015 Edge that I purchased New from them in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I needed a new cabin filter and new air filter. I of Took my 2015 Edge that I purchased New from them in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I needed a new cabin filter and new air filter. I of course said yes. Proceeded to drive my car as normal. After 4,000 miles my husband went to check my oil and discovered upon opening the hood that I had driven this entire time with NO air filter. Checked the oil, questionable whether they had actually done an oil change. Makes a person question what they actually did do. When talking to service manager he said it was not possible that the air filter would not have been replaced. Like I was lying. Refused to refund anything, even the air filter they did NOT replace. Talked to Ford and they had me go to a different dealer and have turbos checked, etc. They are telling me that cabin filter also needs to be replaced -- wait, wasn't that just done?? Loved my sales person but very disappointed with service. Will NEVER go there again. More

Rob Martin and Bill Holm were are sales persons. They madeeverything go super will from start to finish. The only problem we really had was the operation of the Exploror was never really shown us. Service With my Escape 3 months out of warranty my phone would not connect, due to no Bluetooth in the car. Stephanie talked me thru a few things to try but I ended up making an appointment to fix it. They went right to work on it in the aisle. They gave me a ride to work and 2 hours later everything was done!! Noisy fan now quiet, all new wiper blades and a helping hand getting my phone connected when I picked it up. Love my car and the folks who help me take care of it!!!! More
