Battery Replacement I had a battery installed in my Mercury Sable in May of 2016 by Superior Ford . The battery strength became quite low in January of 2019. They told I had a battery installed in my Mercury Sable in May of 2016 by Superior Ford . The battery strength became quite low in January of 2019. They told me to bring it in and they would run a diagnostics test on it and the charging system. After determining that the battery was indeed getting weaker, they replaced the battery and did not charge me anything. Nice service! More

Turned into a complicated repair Programming keys. Messed around using new generation star tester and didnt have proper programming card. Then when WDS didn't communicate they farmed Programming keys. Messed around using new generation star tester and didnt have proper programming card. Then when WDS didn't communicate they farmed it out to a local locksmith. This is a wasted expense because his software is less specific than WDS. I took it to a ford dealership because they should be the best and most knowledgeable. Had I known that the genaric electric module was suspect I would have agreed to start there. In the end they did work with us some and they covered the cost of one of the 3 replaced modules. And a little labor. After an 1800.00 repair when I picked it up had to go back in and ask for a jump box. Very dissatisfied. More

Incomplete So I have been working with Joe for years. I have had 5 vehicles purchased through you and am extremely disappointed because your sign reads a “customer for life” and this surely is contrary to that saying. More
