Quick Lane Oil Change Great service! I pulled into the right lane of the Quick Lane service area and I was the only vehicle in line, which I thought was pretty good. Within Great service! Within a minute or so, an associate came out (sorry, didn't catch his name), and told me that if I moved into the left lane, they could get to me sooner as they were just about finished with the vehicle in that stall. As I was moving over, the vehicle in the stall was on it's way out and I was on my way in. I was in, out, and done, with a clean truck, within 30 minutes. More

Oil change I went for a basic oil change. I was under the impression the cost would be what was advertised. When I checked out it was about $20 more. I was not t I went for a basic oil change. I was not told that my hybrid required something different and there was also additional costs. I was not happy with the service after the fact and was only given a $10 refund. More
