This Navigator was purchased new and has almost always been serviced by Kunes Country Ford Lincoln Mercury in Delavan, Wis. (home town area)(www.kunescountry.com) I had exchanged emails with Doug Kimbrell, Gen'l Sales Mgr. regarding possible purchase of new Ford Ranger. I toured the entire dealership and was favorably impressed. I intend to continue service needs there. More

Responsive, respectful, huge on service Jeff Chalin's service-oriented approach allowed me to hit my work deadlines AND buy a vehicle all on the same day. He brought the requested vehicle to Jeff Chalin's service-oriented approach allowed me to hit my work deadlines AND buy a vehicle all on the same day. He brought the requested vehicle to me for a test drive, came back to my office with all the paperwork, kept me informed as to progress. All I had to do was show up to sign the papers and drive away with the vehicle. It was clear, this was not about a quick sale opportunity. It was about doing what it took to help me get into the right vehicle. His follow-up afterwards was also much appreciated. More

Surprisingly bad customer service Although I was warned of poor service, I purchased my f150 new from Superior Ford. It wasn't until I needed the timing chain replaced that I experien Although I was warned of poor service, I purchased my f150 new from Superior Ford. It wasn't until I needed the timing chain replaced that I experienced the lack of care for a service customer. The appointment was made over two weeks in advance. I dropped of the vehicle on Sunday. On Tuesday I was notified that the vehicle would not be looked at for another day. I was never notified that the vehicle would sit for three days even with an appointment. After two calls were not returned I notified the service manager of the lack of response. Even after this, I had to leave two to three calls on average to get a response with typically four to twenty four hours between them. When the repair was finally completed, the oil interval had not been reset and the vehicle had not been washed. Obviously not a huge issue, but indicative of how much is placed on customer satisfaction. Upon sharing my experience with a state trooper, they told me that squad cars used to be serviced at Superior Ford and now they are not allowed to take squad cars there due to poor service. More
