There way better than New Brighton Ford. My opinion of Superior Ford I have purchased two vehicles from Superior Ford. The first time was an “ok” experience and then service follow ups sealed the deal that I was done do I have purchased two vehicles from Superior Ford. The first time was an “ok” experience and then service follow ups sealed the deal that I was done doing business with them. The only reason that I purchased a second vehicle was based on it was what I was looking for and was used and certified. I feel that the sales person was uninformed and actually feel mislead after the purchase. I have unfortunately had to have some service follow ups do to issues and the length of time to get it in and how long it took for it to be repaired, was very disappointing. I do feel the service manager was doing the best he could do to the circumstances. I have consequently used Luther for service. More
