18k cash purchase - oil change never done and now breaks?! I was looking for the perfect suburban. Never would have thought it would be found at a Ford dealership. Guys were great, super friendly. Tabs were expired....took them a while to fix that. Said oil change was done...my change oil light came on a month later. Seriously?!? Oil is black! 1.5 month after handing over 18k cash...not only the oil light comes on the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND THEN the tire/brakes are squeaking very loudly as you drive down the road. What the xxxx? Terrible experience. Now I get to spend 2k more on this vehicle I just purchased. Very unhappy customer! We saved up a long time to be able to purchase a good truck for our family now I'm scared to even drive it. Terrible experience. I literally bought this not even 4 months ago! Terrible. Just terrible. More

I needed fast - and it was! Other than that - not impressed. I was glad you handled it sooo quickly! Also, I had a panic moment when I hit 10k miles and my phone app and the warning on my dash continuously notified me while I was on a trip as though there was a major problem. So I canceled all i had on my schedule on Monday and went immediately to your shop thinking that I may have a big issue. The service advisor told me after the oil change - "oh thats no big deal - we should have reset that the last time you were in - there is no panic". So the reason I had a panic was because your crew didnt handle it correctly on my previous visit. I located just across the freeway at the Ben Franklin Plumbing building so you are so close but I am concerned that I will need to continue to use a different more customer friendly Ford location. (I had come to your location to buy the truck in December and had a similar non-friendly customer experience and that is why I bought it elsewhere even though you are less than a mile from my office and 2 miles from my home.) I have 2 ford trucks. But I am going to need more reasons to come back to Superior. As for the check out - it was efficient but there was no warm interaction from the staff. Bruce More
Quote written poorly, work not done completely If you use the body shop at Superior Ford, be VERY careful. For example, we pointed out the marks on the bumper and the quote said "Bumper R & I" and If you use the body shop at Superior Ford, be VERY careful. For example, we pointed out the marks on the bumper and the quote said "Bumper R & I" and had a 3 digit price after it. I assumed that meant for the $100+ that the marks were being dealt with, but NOPE! R & I means remove and install. They did nothing other than take it apart and put if back together again. They did this all over the vehicle. It was all taken apart and very little done. They reassembled bad parts, listed the abbreviations on the quote, and then claimed what we said THEY SAID they'd fix they just said, "Sorry, that wasn't on the quote. But for another $500 and another week without your car we could fix that if you want." RIDICULOUS! To be fair, the parts they fixed look GREAT, but with the job only 2/3 done, I'm hot happy. More

He was nice but said No. I won't be buying another vehicle from this dealership... too bad for them as I wanted to get a new vehicle this fall for my wife. More
