So I went on a day I could afford to be there for awhile, expecting to have to wait my turn - but I was in and out in about an hour! And I got the full routine inspection and tire rotation that was needed, no cutting corners. Add to that friendly service people and you've got a happy customer! More

I worked with Kevin Carter and he was awesome to work with. There are a lot of different levels of F-150’s and available options. He did a great job of walking me through everything and answering all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions. No pressure to buy, and he stayed late to get the deal done and all the paperwork. Took the time to setup the truck and explain the options and worked with me on a spray-in bedliner and cover. Love the truck and great overall experience! Thanks Kevin!! More

New Explorer Purchase Stated with on online search for what i was after, found Superior had a couple of options in inventory. Sent an email and Oliver responded later that Stated with on online search for what i was after, found Superior had a couple of options in inventory. Sent an email and Oliver responded later that day. Next day I was in and test drove both Oliver did a great job explaining both and the various options. While I was testing the cars my car was evaluated for trade in (no wasted time) At the end of my test drive he gave me complete price sheets on both vehicles including fees and taxes and the window stickers for both. I spent a day or two researching and deciding on which to go with, after deciding I made an fair offer over the phone that between a trade value increase and a little further discount Superior accepted, the they sent a revised offer sheet. I gave them a down payment via phone and a few days later went in signed papers and picked up car. Again Oliver went thru all the features and benefits of the car. Honestly all very easy and no pressure and very little time wasted. It was a great experience for purchasing a vehicle, the way it should be. I really hope the service department also stacks up as well in the future. Oh yea i also received a personal call from Oliver a few days after taking it off the lot asking if any questions and letting me know to feel free to call is any come up, very classy.
