Wonderful experience! I normally dread going to the dealership, due to bad experiences. This one is changing my perception. I've been here 2x's, both times they went above I normally dread going to the dealership, due to bad experiences. This one is changing my perception. I've been here 2x's, both times they went above and beyond. The first time was for an oil change, I asked about a recall on my vehicle and they said they don't want me driving around with that recall and fit my vehicle in and fixed it right then and there! This last time was for a sound my vehicle was making and oil change. Well the vehicle of course wouldn't make the sound when I was in. They kindly said to come back when it was, they didn't want to throw parts at my car (amazing!). They also verified it wasn't the belt, because I thought it might be. Then I got my oil change, well my filter was horrible so they asked if they could replace it. Of course, then they said this could be the sound your vehicle is making. I mean, come on, truly amazing service. Plus before I could ask they were washing my vehicle. Overall, a wonderful experience both times and I am a tough customer to please. I would highly recommend!! More

Unfortunate customer service experience I scheduled an appointment to have an oil leak repaired mid-August. The first available was September 24. Understandable, but not optimal when the leak was coming from the timing cover they had last accessed a year prior to replace the timing chain (for the fourth time). Delivered the truck to them as schedule and received a call the following day asking me to pick the vehicle up since it was driveable and they couldn’t actually repair it for another couple of weeks. What was the point of an appointment? Vehicle was finally finished on Oct 8th only to have it not start. Took a further week to figure out the issue as Ford hadn’t seen it occur either. I understand further issues can arise during service, but the whole experience has left me disappointed in the vehicle as a whole. More
