He did a follow up again 4 months later, giving me the time and space I needed. My husband and I went to re-look so my husband could drive what I was interested in. We told Kevin it would be next year sometime that we make the jump. The following weekend my husband said "let's buy it now". In we went to make the purchase and Kevin was with other buying customers. We were approached by Greg to help us. He took many hours out of his day to help Kevin get credit for our sale. That's teamwork! For financing, Michael couldn't get immediate responses from banks for various reasons. The next day he called to have us re-sign papers with a lower percentage rate. I appreciate the honesty, as we would never have known that we were offered a full percentage lower. More

After test driving I over heard here discussing with another staff member that I had the online price and she didn't think I would buy.
