After three weeks, the truck was finally fixed Couldn't get the old F-350 into four wheel drive. Had similar problem a few years back. Left the truck on a Wednesday, about a week before my appoin Couldn't get the old F-350 into four wheel drive. Had similar problem a few years back. Left the truck on a Wednesday, about a week before my appointment, because it was of no use to me without the 4X4. About two weeks later received a call from the advisor telling me they thought they found the problem but it would cost and they had to order parts. Half a week later received another call and the problem wasn't resolved. More time was needed. A few days later another call. They figured out the problem but it was going to require about 2X as much and of course more parts that had to be ordered. Finally got the truck back about 3 weeks after I originally dropped it off. Missed two plowing opportunities. More

She found a vehicle matching the color, configuration, trim level, and almost all of my desired options in SW Iowa. She arranged for it to be driven to Superior Ford within a few days. Rich Klouda was the finance manager. He clearly explained all the available options without trying to hard-sell anything. He also took time to answer all my questions. He emailed a copy of all the documents we signed later the same day we closed the deal. More

Flat Tire Repair Great service to repair a flat tire! had to leave the tire overnight as I couldn't wait for it, arrived at 7 am next morning, they offered to put the Great service to repair a flat tire! had to leave the tire overnight as I couldn't wait for it, arrived at 7 am next morning, they offered to put the repaired tire/rim back on, and while I was paying they even made sure my cars jack was put back together properly, and the spare tire stowed so it would not make a mess in the hatch. Very helpful on a cold winter morning. Would definitely recommend this service department More
