Purchasing a lease I was looking to get in to a new lease since my current one was up. I wanted to keep the same vehicle but because it wasn't within my price range. I w I was looking to get in to a new lease since my current one was up. I wanted to keep the same vehicle but because it wasn't within my price range. I was pushed to try the Ranger which I had owned before and didn't want. After much thought, I decided to buy out my lease. I called and left several messages with MIke L. the dealer I had been working with letting him know this. I called and spoke with the front desk when I hadn't heard from him and was told he was busy with other customers and would call back. My lease was due to expire, along with my license tabs, over a holiday weekend. I wasn't able to reach Mike and didn't receive any call backs once I let him know I wanted to buy out my lease. I also left a message asking about my tabs with no call back. This resulted in my spending 4 hours in the DMV to get them. At the time, a family member was very ill in the hospital and I needed to be at the hospital and not sitting at the DMV. With my lease due to expire and no contact from Mike I finally called the manager and explained my situation and frustration. I feel as though I was ignored because I wasn't going to purchase or lease a new vehicle. The manager was able to have my papers drawn up for the buy out of the lease. I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. The customer service, outside of the manager, was horrific and uncalled for. I would not recommend this dealership or dealer based on this experience. More
