He listens to customer needs/wants and is thorough on showing the features of a new car so that the owner can easily use them. He's professional yet friendly -- one of the best. Manager schedules appointments with customers at will and then informs the customers. He doesn't care if that's a good time for the customer or not. Manager and Superior also floods customers with emails, calls and text messages. Finance Department will add in items to the pricing and this is nonnegotiable. You pay or you leave without the vehicle. Asking for an explanation is an effort in futility as they make no efforts to explain (or explain in circles). Take it or leave it -- they don't care. Service Department rates at C+ on its good days. They listen with only half an ear and perform maintenance that they believe is necessary -- AND will charge the customer for it. If you use the Service Department, know what you want and only pay for what you request. More

Took a little long for the oil change. Being that there was only one other vehicle in the quick change area, it took lots longer than normal for the basic oil change. Liftgate Switch Replacement I have a 2019 Expedition Platinum. The switch on the bottom of the liftgate was not working due to being stuck. When I made the appointment at Superio I have a 2019 Expedition Platinum. The switch on the bottom of the liftgate was not working due to being stuck. When I made the appointment at Superior I explained to the service rep that I had unstuck it with a pocket knife but it just became stuck again. It needed to be replaced. When I brought it in on my scheduled date I asked if they had the switch in stock. The rep checked and said the switch was on backorder and they would notify me when it came in. Two weeks later I had to call and check the status. I was told that it came in and made an appointment for the next day. That appointment went smoothly and the repair was completed. More
