Overall great experience! By far the least aggressive experience I've ever had, not pushy or forceful at all. I would 100% recommend going to Superior Ford if you are able to work with Bill and Jimmy. My only negative remark or down of my experience would be the finance manager Rich Klouda - he was quite rude. More

I brought a friend and his vehicle along with me to my appointment, hoping he could get in for servicing. I saw the dealership through his eyes. He had a bad experience with another Ford dealership (Fre appointment, hoping he could get in for servicing. I saw the dealership through his eyes. He had a bad experience with another Ford dealership (Freeway Ford). I received great service despite not being able to leverage my warranty, as the part was not covered. My friend was so impressed with the Quick lane and the cleanliness of the shop. Thanks, I will recommend more of my friends to you. More

Very upset, didn't have vehicle I set up a service appointment almost month in advance for first thing in the morning to avoid any complications. I delivered my truck at 8am, and nev I set up a service appointment almost month in advance for first thing in the morning to avoid any complications. I delivered my truck at 8am, and never heard back. They didn't inform before they closed that my truck was not ready, and I wouldn't be getting it back on time. I need my vehicle and if I don't have I need make a plan to accommodate. I had to call and track it down and the service department was closed. Not only did they have the truck for two full business days, it was out windshield wiper fluid when I got it back. Not the biggest deal but if you're going to keep someones vehicle for two days that shouldn't be an issue. More

Terrible support after sale I called ahead to verify the car was there and told them I was coming to drive it. When we arrived, the car would not start due to a dead battery, eve I called ahead to verify the car was there and told them I was coming to drive it. When we arrived, the car would not start due to a dead battery, even though the salesperson had told me he had driven the car. After waiting, they got the car started and we drove it. The sales person and sales manager were fine, not very pushy. They were unwilling to deal on price. After deciding to purchase the car and working with paying for it, we were informed that there was a 60 day drive train warranty even though the salesperson said their would be a 60 day bumper to bumper warranty. After getting home with the car, we realized one of the keys for the car did not work. When I called, the salesperson said that those were the keys they had for the car and if they didn't work then we would have to get it programmed and we would have to pay $100 for the programming. I would expect that the keys they gave us for the car would work. To me, they do not care about return business and for this reason I can not recommend this dealership. More
