I brought my car in because the radio had no sound. I was told the radio is bad and a new one would cost around $700. I paid a diagnostic fee of $180+. Keys kerfuffle I waited in line in my car for 20 minutes. Then when I paid, my car was in the car wash, so I wandered the lot a lttle. When I saw my car parked in the pick up area, there were no keys. The lady in the Cashier didn't know where they were. She disappeared for more than 5 min to find them. This was mildly annoying. Usually when I pull into line for an oil change, someone takes my information and I get out of my car. This time I had to sit in my car with the engine idling to stay warm. Usually, I am called because my car is done, when it is done being washed and the keys are with the cashier. I am hopeful this was an unusual event. I have really enjoyed my other interactions with Superior Ford. More
