The back hatch on my 2008 Tauraus X would not open. After having my car for almost a full day, they were not able to determine why my hatch wouldn't open, either with the key fob, or any of the internal After having my car for almost a full day, they were not able to determine why my hatch wouldn't open, either with the key fob, or any of the internal and external buttons/switches. They finally reprogrammed all of the fobs/switches and it finally opened. But because they couldn't figure out why it was stuck shut in the first place, they didn't charge me for anything. I love this place, as this is the second time I've had it in for service but wasn't charged anything when they couldn't explain what was causing the problem. They also fixed an annoying squeak but it apparently was related to the new transmission I had installed a couple weeks ago, so they didn't charge me for that either. It is worth the extra distance from my home to get my servicing done with Superior Ford. More
