John in service was not helpful, friendly or proactive in calling us. We had to call several times to get answers, and when we did he acted like we were bothering him. When he said he would call us back he n calling us. We had to call several times to get answers, and when we did he acted like we were bothering him. When he said he would call us back he never did. He does not have good communication skills and does not explain nor answer any questions with clarity. We have had Natasha help us in the past and resorted to calling her. She clears up my questions and made us feel confident in her answers in one phone call. She is helpful , responsive and professional. We will never work with John again and will request Natasha going forward. Natasha deserves some recognition from your management if she has not gotten it . Her communication skills , responsiveness and friendly demeanor are exactly what customers need when in a situation where potentially thousands of dollars are at stake. More
