SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer". I was impressed with the way that this Service Dept works in conjunction with the Parts Dept. 1) I told them my problem, 2) they took the info on the car, 3) ordered the part, 4) scheduled me to bring it in, and 5) completed repairs above my expectations. Wow, what a concept! Attention: "All Other" Ford Dealers--- This is how you do business! The folks in Siloam Springs should not take this place for granted... they are a local treasure! Thanks and keep up the great work! More
I will never understand this Dealership and I hope you all (Customers) have better experience than myself. First the Price started off like this......$52,999 which was on the website and they did not come all (Customers) have better experience than myself. First the Price started off like this......$52,999 which was on the website and they did not come down any even after asking Cash price. So I said not interested and Salesman said he will let his manager know. Salesman then next day which was a(Friday April 16th) said cash price $51,133 and now that got me back interested, and on Tuesday I said let's do it. Salesman then said price changed and now its $52,999(Tuesday April 20th) went up $1,866 dollars in 4 days in the middle of the month and said that it's market valued and it's like gas prices. So after chewing on the fact the price went up that much in 4 days I finally decided (Monday April 26th) to go with it knowing that I could get a brand new 2021 Lariat truck for the same price as this 2018 USED LIMITED TRUCK but i did like the Limited so i said get the paperwork going for delivery and he said OK!!! Soooooooo about 20min go by after telling him to get it going he tells me that we have to come in to sign papers, that was the thing was this Dealership talks about Delivery BUUUUUUUUT you have to go there to sign is what you don't see. Well if I was there to sign then I would drive the vehicle back with me right? So what's the big advertisement about "We Deliver"? Anyways that's what the deal breaker was. I live 2hrs away and can't get away to make that happen. OH, and the salesman told me that the credit app is good for 2 more days then I would have to fill out another credit app and it would hard hit my credit again is what he said. Another thing I don't understand is why is it that there competitors deliver WITH PAPERWORK TO SIGN and Superior Ford does not🤷🏼♂️. No telling how many more sales they have lost due to something as silly as this. You would think by upping the price almost 2k more dollars and the customer still wanting it they would deliver a $54,000 dollar pickup with paperwork 2hrs away, but they dont. They would rather loose a sale in which they did. More
I bought my jeep from Jerry rivas at superior Ford in siloam springs, I drove it 3000 miles and it broke down on my in the road. You know why? It had no oil in it. 2017 jeep cherokee, 25000 miles. I took siloam springs, I drove it 3000 miles and it broke down on my in the road. You know why? It had no oil in it. 2017 jeep cherokee, 25000 miles. I took it to the dealership and they did nothing besides tell me to check the oil and said I won't even get a free oil change! Worst customer service and worst help I've ever seen. All they care about is selling you the car after that they aren't worried about you. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else! I had a vehicle through Gregg or Honda and they were absolutely wonderful 2 years and zero issues! More

The oil and tran The Sales Manager Jeff showed us the list of all the work that was performed and that the truck was thoroughly checked out. Liar!!! The oil and trans fluid were NOT changed. The air filter was PACKED with thick dirt. The cabin filter was old, dirty and twisted out of shape and the cover for the cabin filter box is missing. Didn't even make it home the first day and the problem code light came on. The list goes on... Oh, yeah, they are all very nice and friendly, telling personal stories to make you feel more comfortable. Bad deal!!! More

Alex got me in promptly and had the problem diagnosed in a very short time. I am not a potential customer as I live in Ohio and this was a warranty issue. I appreciate the the fact that I was treated like a local customer. Superior Ford does provide superior service. I did let my nephew, who lives in Siloam Springs, know about the positive experience I had at Superior. Thanks again Alex. More
Bought a new truck from Superior Ford. Good deal on the new truck, and top $ on trade-in. No games from Salesperson of finance guy. Even got a great interest rate on fi from Superior Ford. Good deal on the new truck, and top $ on trade-in. No games from Salesperson of finance guy. Even got a great interest rate on financing. Finance guy, tried to get me to buy extended warranty, but that was all, and really was expected. Overall, positive experience. I do want to emphasize that I was well prepared. It pays to do your homework. Know what you really need/want, and don't get emotionally attached to any vehicle. It's just a car/truck, there are millions of them around. More
I was disrespected the entire time. I was disrespected, and after purchasing the vehicle. They still didn’t even want to fill my tank up. Even after they promised to do so. Ridiculous. C I was disrespected, and after purchasing the vehicle. They still didn’t even want to fill my tank up. Even after they promised to do so. Ridiculous. Coming up with every excuse they could just to not fill my gas tank up. The saddest thing ever. So petty. More
Deceptive Business Practices I wanted to like this place, but the sales manger Rob made sure I didn’t. I only gave 3 stars because we liked working with Brendan and Jessica. On Tu I wanted to like this place, but the sales manger Rob made sure I didn’t. I only gave 3 stars because we liked working with Brendan and Jessica. On Tuesday February 27th I spoke with Brendan Lee regarding a truck they had listed and let him know that we’d be up to look at it on Saturday, March 3rd. Brendan was very easy to work with and confirmed they still had the truck, confirmed the price listed on cars.com, and scheduled us to come in on Saturday since we live 3 hours from this dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we test drove the truck and everything looked good so we started to discuss purchasing the vehicle. This is when we were informed that they raised the price by $1000 from the price listed on Tuesday when I originally inquired about it. Rob gave us some shady salesman story about the prices changing due to it being a new month. He also said we should have gotten the original price in writing aw that was the only way they’d honor the price they posted on cars.com and confirmed over the phone. Despite Rob being a dishonest shyster, we were finally able to agree on a price that we were comfortable with ONLY because we have been looking for this exact truck for many months. If it was an easy truck to find we would have walked out the door as soon as we started working with Rob. We ended up making a deal at the max price we had determined we would be willing to pay for this particular truck so we were going to buy the truck regardless. Had they been hones and Rob not been involved we would have had a positive experience and would be able to recommend this dealership, but alas that is not the case. Needless to say, we’ll never buy from them again and give this warning for anyone who may do business with them: If you want to do business with these guys, work with Brendan or Jessica and avoid Rob like an STD. Also, get them to commit to a sales price in writing, because Rob will increase prices as soon as he knows someone is interested in a vehicle. More
Superior Ford Siloam Springs-A really good dealership Have you ever been to an auto dealership when you are in the prospecting stage of a possible new car purchase and run into the brush off attitude from Have you ever been to an auto dealership when you are in the prospecting stage of a possible new car purchase and run into the brush off attitude from the sales rep?? You want general information about a car your interested in or some working numbers about the real price of a particular car but the salesman can't give you any useful information until you are "serious" about buying a car. Well, that wasn't the case when I contacted Superior Ford in Siloam Springs, Ark. I live in Memphis, TN. and found a year end model new car that I was searching for online. The ads I found at the big car mart sites and the Superior site gave very complete information about the car I was interested in including the real "out the door" price of the car. When I called the dealership and talked to the sales manager I got a great reception from the very start. I called just to go over the basics but in no time we were talking specifics and working out details. Jim Coggins was receptive and responsive and very personable. In three days we went from general inquiry to a completed sale. All of the people at Superior were friendly, cooperative and helpful. I got a great car-2014 Mustang GT-at a very attractive price and with great ease. Have only the best to say for Superior Ford and the staff members there. More
