Wouldn't even negotiate for more than a couple hundred bucks which is less than the fees they charge to buy a vehicle from them. The kid sales person was also very disrespectful when I asked to look at different jeep where they could work with me to find a jeep I could afford. You should not do business with any company that places greed above working with the people in the community. Go elsewhere! More

But I can't rate the dealership any higher than 3 stars because the condition of my new car was not what I would consider new. Granted, the car had been on the lot for quite some time, but I never would have expected to find hail damage and swirls on the paint on a new car. My wife and I looked over the car carefully, but we never noticed anything wrong until the car was in bright sunshine, after we bought the car. And whoever prepped the car left the inside of the front windshield smeared. Again, something not noticed until in bright sunshine. It took almost 2 hours to buy the car. I picked up the car the next day and waited almost 2 hours because they couldn't find the second key and had to order another and reprogram both. Even with the condition of the car and excessive wait times, I like the car and I'm pretty satisfied with the price. More

After a short wait, he rushed over and we became his focus for the rest of the afternoon. We were looking at a Dodge Dart and he was able to show us all the special features and let us take it for a long test drive to make sure we loved it. We were not "just another customer" to him and that made this car buying experience wonderful! When we got ready to leave he could not locate the standard floor mats for the car so we got a free upgrade to rubber floor mats! This is just one of the small things Navy Dave did to make it a great day! We will definitely come back here when we are ready to trade our older vehicle! More
