The service department and I had a misunderstanding as to when I should pick my vehicle back up, but they apologized for my inconviences and worked out a solution with me. Mark and Jeff made sure we were provided with a vehicle that would accommodate my family's size, and Mark even had it running with the air conditioner on already for our comfort. When our vehicle was ready to pick up Mark called and let us know the business hours and where our vehicle was parked. They did a GREAT job repairing my vehicle and returning it to me in BEAUTIFUL condition.
