So impressed with people and price came all the way from SC to buy truck! I found a truck on their page called and talked to Lane. We came to a price was, and was sent the quote to me. There was no add o SC to buy truck! I found a truck on their page called and talked to Lane. We came to a price was, and was sent the quote to me. There was no add on back door junk that other dealers try to sneak in. We talked through everything including what rebates I did and didn’t qualify for. Because we were able to reach such a great deal I was able to fly out to buy the truck and drive it back to SC and still beat local dealers around here by over 5 grand. Because we had a settled deal pending a good test drive the dealer sent Seth to pick me up in the truck from the Tulsa airport and then I test drive it back to the dealer. Daniel in finance was fantastic! We communicated back and forth and I already had my loan done before flying and and able to get him everything he needed. So what normally takes hrs of paperwork was done in about an hr. I was so impressed with the dealer and the men I worked with that I would (if needed) fly back out to buy from them again and drive it back. After months of shady sales people and managers only interested in ripping me off it was a great pleasure to work with a dealer and people with integrity and character. Dosnt mean that you’ll always hear what you want but I can say I know they were telling me truth. So if your looking for a new car or truck go see Lane or Seth (who just moved up to sales) and let Daniel help you in finance. Again you might not get all you want but you’ll get their best. More
Well where do I start. Not only was deals made that wasn’t what was agreed upon but the shadiness that was done to fraudulently get something done that makes a nice profit Not only was deals made that wasn’t what was agreed upon but the shadiness that was done to fraudulently get something done that makes a nice profit for the dealer but the basically I got bent over with a cactus and made to like it. If need a veihl i would recommend the neighborhood crackhead, at least you know what you are getting. More
On 02/05/2022 my wife and I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Superior Jeep,,was pleased with the experience. We bought another Jeep recently from a different dealership and are now trying to make cont from Superior Jeep,,was pleased with the experience. We bought another Jeep recently from a different dealership and are now trying to make contact with the finance manager Daniel Daigneault with Superoir Jeep to get our gap insurance money reimbursement. My wife talked to him over 2 weeks ago and was told by him that his dealership had our money and it would take no more than 2 weeks for them to send it to us. We have not yet received our money even after us both calling Daniel over 5 times today, 06/21/2023, and leaving voice messages on his phone. Even worse he has still not called us back. This is the very definition of terrible customer service after a sale. I will be calling and talking to the dealership manager in the morning to see why his employee can't seem to find the time in a whole day of work to return a phone call. Very sad service!!! More
Alan did such an amazing job. He helped my husband find exactly what I needed and had everything ready when we got there to make it as quick and simple as possible. He even came o He helped my husband find exactly what I needed and had everything ready when we got there to make it as quick and simple as possible. He even came out of his way to meet us after we left because he wanted to make sure we left with a full tank of gas. He and the whole crew were extremely nice and helpful. We will be going back in the future! More

They say their prices are the lowest around, which is true if looking at what they post on the internet, but once you get there they add around $2,000 to the price. We Went to look at a 30,9xx priced car true if looking at what they post on the internet, but once you get there they add around $2,000 to the price. We Went to look at a 30,9xx priced car and when I got there the real price was around 32,xxx. The manager gives you the run around and won’t answer direct questions. They also want to charge an additional 2,000 if you don’t finance through them. They seemed very shady and sneaky in my opinion. More
Called all over the state of Arkansas and even visited many jeep dealerships. Had relatively the same offer for my truck and the same price on the jeep I was wanting to buy it every dealership. Except for many jeep dealerships. Had relatively the same offer for my truck and the same price on the jeep I was wanting to buy it every dealership. Except for superior! They offered me the lowest money for my trade-in and they were $8000 higher on their vehicle. Whenever I tried to discuss the reasoning for their vehicle being so much higher they got mad that I wouldn’t just except that there’s was better. I have copies of the stickers and all of the dealerships I’ve visited I know all the options and there was absolutely no reason for them to be asking so much more for their’s. The salesman actually got mad at me threw up his hands and told me to just go buy it somewhere else so apparently they really don’t care if they sell a car or not. More
Be forewarned: This dealership’s advertised “sale” prices are their adjusted prices, NOT their actual market value selling prices, which are higher. This is confusing, a bit misleading, and likely ju prices are their adjusted prices, NOT their actual market value selling prices, which are higher. This is confusing, a bit misleading, and likely just a cheap way to lure potential customers to the dealership. For example, this dealership advertised a used truck for sale for $42k. They then advertised a price drop sale at $40k, and recently marked it down even lower as advertised at $39k. However, when I went to dealership to try to make deal, their actual selling price was given to me at $42k. A more professional & transparent way would be to simply advertise the actual asking selling price. In this case, the advertised price should have showed $42k. More
