They dont want return sales Needed a key made for my Chevrolet. Figured I would swing by a dealership the next day that was local to work. I found superior on Google maps, Boy was I wrong to pick this place. 110.00 later, I have my cheap no chip key and the service was terrible. I asked why it was so much higher, they stated, different dealerships. This place is in a rough side of town, there rent has to be low, so why all the markup? greed. Although I had all my paperwork, they treated me like I stole it. They don't want repeat sales here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, (Call before you arrive for accurate quotes, use Thorton if you like.) More

Was highly displeased with the customer service available my contact nikki crisp was more concerned with walking around fiddling with her phone and twirling her hair to be concerned with my tire issues smh. Every time I checked on a status update it was either we've found something else wrong which will cost extra to replace or we are waiting on a part from another dealership that is 4 hours away. All in all do not give superior chevy your time or business go outside of the metro area for a reputable and classy dealership. More
