I took my car in for an oil change. They said it will take an hour and a half, and we will call you when we are done. 2 hours past, and no call from the dealership. I called two hours later and they say, your car is ready. But they was supposed to call me. And when I got there and paid they said, your car is on the other side of the wall, meaning outside of the building they were in. I go out and looked, and no car. I tell them my car is not there. We go behind the building and there it is. Smh poor xxx customer service More
I arrived at my appointment for service as schedule, so on time, but so did ten or more other folk who when asked, all had the same appointment time as I did. After two hours, the cashier said I still had on time, but so did ten or more other folk who when asked, all had the same appointment time as I did. After two hours, the cashier said I still had about 45 minutes before my car “might” be ready. I also was informed that those with or without appointments were served as they came in. Not good service and disappointing! Three hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous! More

Every time I come to keep my oil change there is a crazy busy line and no tupe of communication from the team. You just sit around for half your day wondering why in the world an oil change takes 3 hours. Do not come here! I promise you it’s not worth it at all. I only come here because I have a warranty on my car, and I’m required to get work done here. More
My satisfaction is minus 10. Do not buy from this dealership unless you are ok with being sold a used car as a new car. Chevrolet customer satisfaction was of no help also. My experience with superior Chevrolet service Department was not a good one I took my 2019 Silverado high country 4 1/2 months ago for service and To fix a recall, recall part had to be ordered I have calle was not a good one I took my 2019 Silverado high country 4 1/2 months ago for service and To fix a recall, recall part had to be ordered I have called twice no results yesterday I called The service manager to find out what was going on he seem to be having a bad day I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up that is ridiculous and my truck is still not fixed I will never go back to superior Chevrolet again… it’s not that hard to pick up the phone and reassure your customers that you will be there for them. I will say that the customer service is a hit and miss here at this location(6/30 when I got my car serviced- GREAT, today when asking a few ab 2021. I will say that the customer service is a hit and miss here at this location(6/30 when I got my car serviced- GREAT, today when asking a few about my car and trying to order a part-HORRIBLE). NORMAN is rude and seemed as if I'm bothering when I was trying to get information. Very arugementive and was hesitant to provide me wirth his name ( he knew he was rude). I bought a brand new car here, but will not recommend this location to anyone. More

Service department is terrible! Don't use this dealership if you dont have to!!! I brought my vehicle in because the Engine light was on. No one informed me that they would have tk keep the car overnight. No if you dont have to!!! I brought my vehicle in because the Engine light was on. John finally said they was waiting for the warranty company to send in the payment for repairs. This dealership cause me to loss 2 days of precious time I cant get back not to mention I had to reschedule appointments on other business. More
Came to get my rear tail light replaced. I purchased a tail light at autozone before heading there, placed it in my trunk, only to find out they don’t use outside parts. Not a problem, I was simply going tail light at autozone before heading there, placed it in my trunk, only to find out they don’t use outside parts. Not a problem, I was simply going to return the bulb to autozone. When I got my car back, guess what’s missing from my trunk??? The bulb that I purchased on my own. I confronted the rep who checked my car in, who then asked the tech that worked on the car. The tech claims he never saw it, or used it. BULL****. I have the purchase receipt from autozone, the rep checked my car with me, and it’s not there. Unfortunately I can’t prove that he took it, but I’m not dumb. I’m never getting my car serviced here again. I hate a liar almost as much as I hate a thief, and this technician is both. Beware if you bring you own parts in. They may be stolen for the techs personal use. Or may be used on your car while you simultaneously get charged for the dealership’s parts. More
